As part of our work on health and safety, we were very pleased to welcome Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Service back to St Mary's this year. The children had a real treat exploring the ins and outs of the engine and looking at all the equipment. They then had a go squirting the hose!
Each class then had a talk from Gareth (the school's Fire Edication Officer) in which they learned about fire safety, testing smoke alarms and much more.
