Well done to all our chidlren for continuing their learning as best they can. We recognise that this will not be perfect so please do not become stressed about it. It's more important at the moment that the children are as calm and as happy as they can be and keeping to a routine, however basic,  is good.

Teachers will not be setting work over the Easter holdiays. If you would like some creative ideas to keep your children occupied, please click here   Plus there are a wealth of ideas for activities online.

Some children are writing to NHS workers in hospitals, surgeries, etc or care workers in care homes to say thank you for all they are doing during this difficult time. This might be something you feel your child would benefit from.

If you fancy starting to learn french or polishing up what you already know, please read this message from Mrs Michele Bacchus (year 2 parent):

Due to the lockdown I’ve come up with another idea to encourage children to learn French.

I have created a YouTube channel called Little French Club and will be giving online French lessons for children every weekday after Easter at 2pm for 30 minutes.

Charlotte will assist me every day and we have created a short video to advertise ourselves - please see below.

We are also on FB and Twitter as ‘Little French Club’.  As it’s a language course it’s important people join in from the first session!
