For our spirituality day this term, we began with whole school worship listening the 'Sweet Christmas bells' by Kate Rusby. We looked at 'The Nativity' a picture by Previtali. The children were very good at pointing out what they could see and who the characters might be. They thought of some great questions to ask of the picture.

Next we watched 'He's coming!' an animated story of the nativity narrated by David Suchet before the children volunteered to come up and put the natvity figures in the stable.

During the day, the children completed lots of different creative activities exploring the Nativity story, from the Holy Family in Reception to the plight of the modern day Refugees in Year 6.

All children shared their learning in a whole school worship at the end of the day.
