We were deeply saddened to learn of the death of our longest lived, longest serving Monarch on the 8th September. Queen Elizabeth II has reigned with dignity and integrity, committing her entire life to serving Britain and the Commonwealth. She has been a remarkable leader and a constant in all of our lives.
The staff and children at St Mary's were honoured to meet Her Majesty and Prince Philip in Sherborne in 2012 during a tour for her Diamond Jubilee. It was a very special moment for us and one we will never forget.
